Redemption Terms

• Points can be used on eligible Bowwloo products, including nappies and nappy pants
• Only one points redemption can be applied per order
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given
• Points redemption may not be combined with selected promotions

Points Expiry

• Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued
• Unused points will expire automatically after the validity period
