Does the gift card expire?
No. Bowwloo gift cards have no expiry date — comfortably beyond the three-year minimum required of gift cards sold in Australia.
Do gift cards earn Baby Bolo Club points?
Points are earned when the card is spent, not when it’s bought. Whoever uses the card earns the points on their order, at the usual $1 = 1 point.
Can it be used with a reward or a discount code?
Yes. A gift card is a payment method rather than a discount, so it sits alongside Baby Bolo Club rewards and any discount code at checkout.
Can a gift card pay for an Auto-Delivery order?
No. Auto-Delivery needs a card on file so the repeat orders can be charged automatically, so gift cards can’t be used for it. Spend the card on a one-time order instead.
What if the order costs more than the card?
The card covers what it can and you pay the difference at checkout, as normal.
What if the order costs less?
The leftover balance stays on the card for next time. Nothing is lost.
Is anything posted to us?
No — gift cards are digital only and arrive by email. Nothing is shipped, so there’s no shipping charge on a gift-card-only order.
Can a gift card be refunded?
Gift cards can’t be refunded or exchanged for cash. They also can’t be used to buy another gift card.
