How do I earn and check my points?
Join free and you'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, plus bonus points for actions like celebrating your baby's birthday and following us on social. Your live balance shows in the Baby Bolo Club panel once you're signed in.
How do I redeem my points?
At checkout, apply your points for a discount — 300 points = $30 off. Only one points redemption can be applied per order.
Redemption terms
Points can be used on eligible Bowwloo products, including nappies and nappy pants. Only one points redemption per order. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given, and can be combined with our other discounts and promotions.
Do my points expire?
No — your points never expire. Earn at your own pace and redeem whenever you're ready.
How does refer-a-friend work?
Share your unique referral link from your Baby Bolo Club panel. Your friend gets $5 off their first order, and once it's placed you receive a $5 reward. One reward per referred friend — and referring yourself doesn't count.
Can I combine rewards with auto-delivery or bulk discounts?
Yes — Auto-Delivery and bulk pricing apply automatically, and your points redemption can be used on top for even more savings.
